💸 Costs

We like to keep things simple:

  1. Orders over $95.00 → Free shipping
  2. Orders $95.00 or under → $15.00 flat-rate
  3. Express Post → Available at checkout for a little extra if you're in a rush.

All parcels are shipped via Australia Post with tracking, so you’ll know exactly when your sign is out for delivery.

🕐 Dispatch Times

Every SW2 sign is custom made — it’s not sitting on a shelf waiting to be picked. We usually ship orders within 5–10 working days, and often sooner.

You’ll get a tracking email the moment your sign’s been packed and posted. If you haven’t seen it, check your spam folder just in case — the internet can be a bit flaky sometimes.

🗺 Delivery Times

We ship from Melbourne, so delivery time will depend on where you are. Here’s a rough guide (via Australia Post):

  1. VIC to VIC: 2–5 days standard / 1–3 days express
  2. VIC to NSW, ACT, SA: 3–6 days standard / 2–3 days express
  3. VIC to QLD: 4–7 days standard / 2–3 days express
  4. VIC to WA, NT, TAS: 6–10 days standard / 2–4 days express

🌏 International Orders

At the moment, we only ship within Australia.
But we’re working on it! If you're overseas and really keen to get your hands on an SW2 sign, get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.

❗ A Note on Delays

Once your parcel leaves our workshop, it’s in the hands of Australia Post. While we always ship on time, occasional delivery delays can happen — especially during peak seasons. Thanks in advance for your patience.
