Just received our new sign for our 1913 federation home.
We are very pleased with this. Also I received a call from Doug apologising and advising me that was a delay in getting the materials. This follow up was greatly appreciated. After recently purchasing a new home with a very standard letterbox with shoddy numbering, I was looking for a quality product. Found Doug's website and wow, what amazing products with so many variations to choose from. Within an hour of placing my order, Doug contacted me with a photo of what I had chosen and he told me the item would be in the post that afternoon. What service!!! The number sign was packed in exceptionally well designed packaging so no chance of damage in transit and arrived within a week (Tasmania). I’ve been renovating a 1800’s cottage in Ballarat, and was in a tight deadline to finish for photos. SW2 signs had the perfect design for the house sign, and had it posted and sent off within a day of order. I also received a message when it was put in the post so I could keep and eye out for it!
