Production Times:
Once your order has been placed, we will dispatch your sign within 10 working day from the date of your purchase. We will always do our best to get it to you sooner if we can.
Shipping:
We offer $10 delivery on all of our signs Australia wide. All of our signs are carefully wrapped in protective Bubble Wrap and packaged in sturdy corrugated boxes. We use Australia Post for all of our deliveries, both national and international.
Guarantees:
We are proud to back all of our work with a 2 year guarantee. Please note though that our guarantee does not cover any accidental damage or defect caused during handling, vandalism, cleaning with harsh chemicals or faulty installation.
Returns:
As all of our signs are custom made and designed using the information you provide us with, we do not accept returns. It’s important that you double check your order before proceeding to pay for it. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to make a last minute revision and we will do our best to accommodate them once your order has been placed as long as you contact us within 24hr after making your purchase.
Refunds:
Should you receive your sign and discover that there is a fault we are responsible for and occurred during production, we will reimburse you with a full refund. Also, if there is damage which has been caused by the shipping process, please take a photograph of it as soon as you discover it and we will replace any damaged parts. Please keep all of the original packaging should you need to return it.
If your sign is accidentally damaged by you or a third party, please contact us and we will try our best to help repair it as cost effectively as we can for you. We would like to assist you with any concerns in the unlikely event that you have any. Just give us the opportunity to assist you first. This way, we can keep a clean record and continue to offer outstanding products at great prices and top customer service.
Cleaning:
To keep your sign nice and clean, simply use a clean, lint free cloth and wipe gently. Do not use any household cleaners as the chemicals will affect the Perspex and give a cloudy appearance. Plain water is fine.
Colour Differences:
Please note that due to the quality of individual computers and monitor calibrations, there might be very slight variations in colour between the actual product and its correlating image on screen.
How do I install my sign:
All of our signs come with all holes pre-drilled and all chrome stand offs, screws, wall plugs and install instructions supplied.
Material Descriptions:
Perspex:
One of the most important advantages in using Perspex acrylic instead of glass is that its more durable and weighs 50% less. It’s this toughness which makes it ideal for outdoor signs which will hold up indefinitely against weathering whilst at the same time protecting its colours. Unlike glass, acrylic will not yellow with age. This is extremely important for exterior signs which are constantly exposed to sunlight. Acrylic plastic has a tensile strength greater than 10,000 lbs. per square inch and an impact resistance 6 to 17 times greater than ordinary glass. Under high impact, it won’t shatter and, if it does break, it fractures into large, dull-edged pieces. Finally, acrylic is easy to maintain and clean. If your sign has vinyl lettering, we highly recommend using a lint free cloth with water to gently clean the surface as this will avoid any chance of material getting snagged on the vinyl edges. Alternatively you can use a microfibre cloth. Avoid using any home cleaners which contain harmful chemicals in them as these will cause damage to the surface of the Acrylic and leave it looking cloudy.
Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP):
Aluminium Composite Panels are manufactured by sandwiching a non-aluminium core (usually plastic) between two aluminium sheets. Their incredible durability can withstand the harshest weather conditions, retaining its shape, colour and size whilst also remaining resistant to corrosion. Its these qualities that make ACP’s the ideal choice for so many applications in our everyday life such as:
• External cladding and Facades
• Exterior and Interior signage
• Bus bodies
• Display panels
• Logos and lettering
• Partitions
Just like Perspex, ACP’s hassle free to maintain and clean and simply require wiping with a clean cloth if needed to remove any dirt or dust.
Vinyl:
All of the vinyl we use is premium grade polymeric calendared sign making vinyl that performs well in the harsh Australian environment and provides excellent value for money. Durability is 8 years for black and white, 7 years for colours and 5 years for metallic colours. It’s the perfect choice for vehicle applications and window and outdoor graphics onto flat or curved surfaces.
