Shipping Costs

All orders over $100 include FREE standard shipping via Australia Post

All orders can be upgraded to express shipping for a $12 flat rate

At present, we do not offer International delivery.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all of our signs within 10 working days from the day we receive your order. This is a maximum time frame and most signs are processed much sooner than this.

Some signs have a much smaller lead time and these are noted in the product descriptions. Once your sign is in the post, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. Please check your inbox and spam folder for this email.

Please note that we schedule our work in the order they arrive. Selecting express post means that your sign is processed and delivered by Australia Post more quickly. It does not change our lead times.

Delivery Times

All signs are made and dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria. The following delivery times are taken from the auspost website and can be seen by using the following link:

VIC to ACT - 3 to 5 days via standard post and 2 to 3 days via express post.

VIC to NSW - 3 to 5 days via standard post and 2 to 3 days via express post.

VIC to QLD - 4 to 6 days via standard post and 2 to 3 days via express post.

VIC to NT - 7 to 11 days via standard post and 3 to 6 days via express post.

VIC to WA - 9 to 16 days via standard post and 3 to 4 days via express post.

VIC to SA - 3 to 5 days via standard post and 2 to 3 days via express post.

Returns

As all of our signs are custom made and designed using the information you provide us with, we do not accept returns. It’s important that you double check your order before proceeding to pay for it. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to make a last minute revision and we will do our best to accommodate them once your order has been placed as long as you contact us within 24hr after making your purchase.

Refunds

Should you receive your sign and discover that there is a fault we are responsible for and occurred during production, we will reimburse you with a full refund. Also, if there is damage which has been caused by the shipping process, please take a photograph of it as soon as you discover it and we will replace any damaged parts. Please keep all of the original packaging should you need to return it.


If your sign is accidentally damaged by you or a third party, please contact us and we will try our best to help repair it as cost effectively as we can for you. We would like to assist you with any concerns in the unlikely event that you have any. Just give us the opportunity to assist you first. This way, we can keep a clean record and continue to offer outstanding products at great prices and top customer service.
